Executive Director Dr. Anna Krauss leads the LWF Center Wittenberg. She is an ordained minister of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in Northern Germany and has worked in parish ministry and as a student chaplain. She has also worked for several church organizations in the field of ecumenical relations with churches in Africa, Asia, and the Pacific.

Director of Studies Dr. Sámuel Nánási is responsible for the theological seminars of the LWF Center Wittenberg. He is a pastor of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in Romania and belongs to the Hungarian minority in the country. Nánási received his Ph.D. from Leipzig University, where he wrote his thesis under Prof. Dr. Alexander Deeg.

Administrative Assistant Cornelius Arndt is responsible for the management of the Luthergarten and the organizational support of the theological seminars.
